We have organised weekly walk in clinics to get these vaccinations throughout October.
The HSE is urging people in at-risk groups to get the flu vaccine. We strongly recommend the vaccine.
if you are 65 years of age and over for flu vaccine
if you are 50 years of age and over for covid vaccine and have not had your previous booster in the past 6 months
are pregnant (any stage)
have a long-term health condition such as asthma, diabetes or are immunosuppressed
work in healthcare
are a carer
Enrolment for the next block of our Evolve Programme is still OPEN.
The block will start on 9th September and run for 8 weeks. You will be scheduled in for blood tests and brought back for full health review with our GP. You will visit a Nutritionist and begin fitness training for 6 weeks. You will visit the nutritionist twice more during a 6 week period and finally you will receive another GP review at the end of the 8 weeks. The cost is normally €495.00 but there is a 6% reduction at the moment.
